Marathon Schoolers, triumph in New York!

Flash back to two years ago – Ant Hutchins, Julia Briskey, Jennifer Craig, Alison Ritchie, Steven and Jane Poon were all unknown to each other – and new to running. But they had the same goals – to tackle the world of running.

These runners were nervously lacing up their running shoes before attending either the launch of the Couch 2 10km program or their first beginner’s intraining Beginners Group session.

Since then, they’ve progressed through the intraining Marathon School.

With their running buddies by their side, last weekend, they took on the New York Marathon!

Jen said, “having my run buddy run New York Marathon with me, was brilliant, we helped each other dig deep.”

Sometimes those first steps are the hardest, but it couldn’t be more rewarding when you have the courage to make something amazing happen.
