Triumph with the new Saucony Triumph ISO 5

Saucony Triumph ISO 5

Triumph with the new Saucony Triumph ISO 5

I could not believe how luxurious the new Saucony Triumph ISO 5 felt the second I put them on my feet. In fact, I didn’t want to take them off!

The past two or three versions of the Triumphs weren’t popular with some regular wearers, but I can guarantee you that won’t be the case with the ISO 5. For starters, there’s an extra 2mm of Everun cushioning underfoot. 2mm might not sound like much, but you will certainly notice it as it makes the shoes softer and bouncier. If you lift the innersole you can see the Everun right there, so close to the foot. Nice!

The ISOFIT upper has been redesigned as well. It is soft and stretchy, supportive and breathable. The interior sock-liner is perfect for the warmer months as it will keep your feet feeling cool and comfortable.

The outsole has been described in reviews as ‘ridiculously durable’. Just as well as once you get these on your feet you will want to run further.

Imagine doing a long-haul flight in economy class. It’s not that bad, you get there in the end. Now imagine going first class. You almost don’t want it to end. That’s the kind of feeling you’ll get when doing your long runs in the new Saucony Triumph.
